The solution to litter rests in your hands.
Stop littering ... for reasons that only make sense.

  1. Litter is killing the planet.
  2. Litter fuels fires.
  3. Litter destroys landscapes.
  4. Litter harms wildlife, marine life and waterways.
  5. Litter is disgusting to see.
  6. Litter signals neglect and contempt and low self esteem.
  7. Litter downgrades a neighborhood, invites in unsavory elements.
  8. Litter introduces toxins to the ground and water.
  9. Litter is extremely costly as it is denigrating.
  10. Litter sends a negative signal.
  11. Litter being absent is a good way to prevent litter from accumulating.
  12. Litter says you're either thoughtless or ignorant.
  13. Litter perturbs a significant segment of the population, is a drag on the collective psyche.
  14. Society cannot afford to hire someone to follow and clean up after you: money is better spent on other things.
  15. Littering/dumping - a threat to driver safety, potential for accidents and injuries on the road.
